Just... finished... 44... layers... of... skin... (on two separate images). Gazette fever shows no sign of dying down, since new album is released soon. Progress report: SLOW. Now, I will solely work on pink hair.

I'm still alive. Took a break from vexeling to do some other crafty things. I'm now back in a vexel mood! I'm going to start on another Aoi because he has PINK HAIR (^з^)-☆. I found some really nice and large magazine scans, and a colour reference, so it begins! I now have a really nice Ruki, so I can do him justice with a nice big picture (instead of my small practice vexel). I'm still trying to find the right Reita, and I'm going to use Kai from the poster I got from the Before I Decay single. I still have the just barely begun GD&TOP from a few months ago... maybe I'll start that again after my Gazette fever winds down...

After two months of distractions (which included: holidays, general laziness, dog sitting, tooth extraction, a medicated high, and snowstorms), Aoi II is finally finished! I'm going to work on smaller pictures to practice my techniques and try new things. I kind of want to do pixel images too... I also figured out how to make animated gifs from pre-existing videos... like that matters to anyone besides me. I also got rid of twitter and replaced it with tumblr. I'm looking to the future, and the future is tumblr (twitter is so 2009).
